Niseko Trading, sister company of Niseko Resort Holdings, is a licensed real estate agency. Niseko Trading was established to initially provide real estate services and investment opportunities for Niseko Resort Holdings’ clients. 

 

Niseko Resort Holdings provide a range of property management services in the Niseko region. Niseko Resort Holdings is also a registered Japanese travel agency. Many of Niseko Resort Holdings’ clients add to their property portfolios, set up or restructure onshore investment entities. To assist these and more clients with their investments and to confidentially provide them with creditable advice and investment opportunities, the Niseko Trading real estate and investment arm was established. 

 

Through our local contacts Niseko Trading is able to help clients seek out various investment opportunities in Hanazono, Hirafu, Niseko, Annupuri, Moiwa, Rusutsu, Kutchan and as far as Yoichi (toward Otaru).
